Service Description

Includes an independent assessment of mold conditions within the dwelling. Inspection will be performed by a state-licensed mold assessor. Service entails a visual assessment throughout the areas of concern (or dwelling), thorough readings for moisture and humidity content, and mold sampling (air and/or surface sampling). An inspection report will be provided to you summarizing the inspector's findings, providing laboratory results of sampling performed, and a recommended protocol for necessary remediation or cleaning in affected areas. An exterior baseline sample is REQUIRED for an accurate comparison and assessment of conditions. A minimum of three samples must be taken as a baseline, with more sampling providing more thorough assessment of conditions within multiple areas. Turnaround time on the inspection report is 3-4 days following the inspection.
